Dr. Ken Best, D.C. Chiropractic fee schedule is primarily based on face to face time with the doctor in 15 minute increments. The initial basic office visit and treatment is approximately 60 minutes, follow-up visits are either 30 or 45 minutes. Severe injury cases and auto accidents require 1.5 hours for the initial office visit.
There are no cash discounts as our treatment protocol is very different from your typical chiropractic office where they may only provide physical manipulation, EMS, ultrasound or massage. Dr. Best, DC provides a complete applied kinesiology exam and treatment integrating spinal adjustments with acupuncture meridians, cold laser therapy and neuro-lymphatic reflexes, among others.

HOW FREQUENTLY DO I NEED TO COME?
We are often asked if you have to come in 3-times per week for the rest of your life? No.
Dr. Ken Best, D.C. spends more time with your personal treatment so you have to spend less time coming back and forth from the office. He employs chiropractic techniques which help to maintain and facilitate spinal/organ/meridian corrections from a holistic health perspective, helping you to heal quicker and maintain your adjustments longer.

Wellness and wholeness is your choice. Some patients just want pain relief (which is fine), while others are choosing to change the quality of their lives and ultimately their long-term health goals. Patients looking for only wellness care usually come in once every 3 weeks, but this depends on your individual goals, stress and lifestyle.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Once your patient history is reviewed and discussed then the appropriate regional physical examination will made. Muscles of the upper and lower extremity will be manually muscle tested according to Kendall and Kendall protocols in relation to your health concerns. Necessary orthopedic tests will be done. X-rays and other diagnostics if needed may ordered through Mink Radiology Group, but only if necessary.
Treatment options will be discussed and administered during your first visit.
HOLISTIC HEALING ON MANY LEVELS
We’ve moved to a new location with an industrial zen design. This layout with 15 foot ceilings can transform into an open space for Movement – Meditation – Music. This will allow up to 8 yoga mats for a sound healing experience with meditation, chakra balancing and movements from the Ancient Secrets of the Fountain of Youth.
1 hour group sessions will be offered, as well you may take advantage of the friends and family private sessions by organizing your own group of 4 to 8 persons. Sessions are $50 per person.
LOCATION AND PARKING
The office is located between the Beverly Center and the Grove just off 3rd Street at 144 S. Flores St. Ste . A, Los Angeles, CA 90048 – 1 block west of Sweetzer or 2 blocks east of Orlando.
There are many restaurants and shops in the area to enjoy before or after your visit.
Parking is 2 hour street parking (on Flores St. or Sweetzer Ave.) on Mondays-Fridays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. There is also 2 hour metered parking as well on all surrounding streets.
