It is so difficult to live life and eat without having more exposure to toxins. From the air we breathe to foods we eat, toxins are hidden. In our office one way we look at toxic exposure levels is by using hair analysis, which provides us with a general overview of the heavy metal toxicities. At this point we can discuss the best methods for detoxifying the body; homeophathics, herbs, infrared saunas, ioncleanse (detox footh bath) and other cleanses. Toxins create inflammation in the body and interrupt the normal cellular function.
Most of us need to have a regular regime of detoxifying the body twice a year. I was personally amazed to find my mercury levels had gone all the way back up to the severe range just by eating tuna and salmon frequently.
